Therefore, they help reduce fatigue and tiredness, which is important for runners who do a lot of training.

Muscle recovery supplements for runners – bet on protein supplements

Every athlete needs to eat an adequate amount of protein. It is essential for muscle recovery and repair, making it a key component of a runner’s diet.
